Day of Coordination

When you have most of the ​planning figured out, but ​just need someone to help ​you execute the big day.

• Meets with you 12-8 weeks prior to wedding to ​check in and determine how far you’ve come ​in the planning process, plus a detailed meet ​up 4 weeks prior to finalize all details
  
• Contacts vendors to get final contracts signed ​and payments organized
  
• Creates day of schedules and floor plans
  
• Attends final walk through of venue for ​ceremony and reception
  
• Handles any over looked details
  
• Is the point of contact for all vendors on ​wedding​ day
• Over sees everything on wedding day (se​tting up, organizing vendors, keeping sche​dule, handling unforeseen messes, clea​n up)
